Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using DigX at digx.pro, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

DigX provides tools to monitor public X follow activity, aggregate alerts, and configure personal watchlists. Features, latency, and pool coverage may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age required in your jurisdiction).
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use DigX for unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the service abusively, or disrupt infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.
• Use the service to stalk, dox, or target individuals in violation of applicable law or X’s rules.
• Upload malware or interfere with other users’ experience.

5. Payments & access

Access to paid features may require a one-time SOL payment as displayed in the app. Prices and payment flows are shown before you pay. See our Refund Policy for payment-related rules.

Digital access is granted after on-chain confirmation. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the address shown and for network fees.

6. Intellectual property

DigX’s software, branding, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these terms.

7. Third-party services

DigX integrates with X, Google, email providers, and the Solana blockchain. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigX and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $50 if no payment was made.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigX from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using DigX at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.

12. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

Courts in Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted; EU consumers may also use courts in their country of residence.
